DCF Radio Synchronizer is a device used for the synchronization of clocks. It is directly connected to the clock and performs the function to capture the signal transmitted by the radio station that broadcasts, in turn, the atomic clock time from Mainflingen, in Germany.

The peculiarity of this signal consists in the fact of being transmitted continually, every minute, and then reporting information about the current date, hour, minutes, seconds it is sent.
The DCF radio aerial receives the signal of synchronization from Germany and, after having developed and filtered all the disturbances that may have added to it, sends the clock to which is connected the necessary information for its synchronization.

In this way it is be possible to keep always updated the clock time referring on the time received by the DCF signal from Germany.
